If the hall is full - Scrap'n in the Seniors Center Friday 6pm - Sunday 6pm

 

• Reserved Cropping Space - 6 or 8 ft Tables

• Scrapbooking store with access any time throughout the event

 

Make N Takes/Demonstrations

We may host Make N Takes/ Demonstrations throughout the weekend. Information will be provided to those registered for the retreat.

 

Cost

Non refundable deposit of $20 is required at time of registration

Your spot is NOT reserved until your deposit is made. If others register after you, but you do not submit your deposit - you will lose your spot.

Non Refundable Final Payment is due 4 weeks prior to event

If there is a waiting list and you do not submit payment when requested, your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list

 

Accommodations

• Airbnb located near Erskine - Farm Stay in Stettler (Ford's Farmstead)
• Hotels in Stettler (10 Minute Drive) Canalta, Ramada, Super 8
• Room for Holiday Trailers at the Erskine Hall (weather permitting, no services)

 

Meals & Beverages

• Meals not included
• Kitchen available to prepare your own meals
• Travel to restaurants in the area - Erskine Grill or restaurants in Stettler
• Bottled water, coffee & tea provided

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel,  in order to get your full money back, you can fill your spot yourself with another participant.
